Worked in a sub practice in the organization, acquired company. Opportunities to be included with existing accounts run by the main company were numerous. Likelihood of winning deals was minimal that way, maybe 5%-10% tops. Was able to source deals on my own through my own effort, 25%-30% close rate that way.
