My experience has been good. When you hustle and work hard at Atrium, you're rewarded. Atrium is a startup, there's a ton of work to go around and the more that you take on, the more you're recognized and promoted. Comp is slightly light, but I don't think that is surprising given Atrium is a series A company. Start-ups are high risk, high reward. You get plenty of and can always negotiate for more equity upside.

Terrible culture with a weak product. Leadership is incredibly critical of employees. Their approach to management is incredibly binary. You’re either being praised or punished. There is no in between. All middle management just quit. The product has some neat features but approaches reporting as a one size fits all model.
