Great benefits. Extremely diverse company. The product has a lot of potential. Frequent territory changes hinder momentum and reflect poor leadership decisions. Internal inconsistency among managers, directors, and VPs exacerbates bureaucratic hurdles. The company often overcharges for services and enforces disadvantageous contracts to customers resulting in a lot of churn. Sales performance is concerning, with few reps meeting quotas. The company has lost its passion-driven culture.

Disappointing experience, leadership made many promises, didn't fulfill any. Was hired as a strategic seller that had to chase SMB accounts. Strategic logos were owned by leadership with no autonomy as a seller. PMF not given in area.

The solar market in the US took a very big hit in 2023 and is not projecting for much better, if any, in 2024 Aurora bit off more than they could chew, hence the reason for a 20% workforce reduction Direct leadership was absolutely incredible, and I truly enjoyed working with my coworkers.
