The company had a 50% RIF in January 2025 due to the general downturn in the residential solar industry. Until things turn around politically in the US and the industry can recover I do not expect Aurora Solar to do well. Many of the people I knew at the company were let go during the RIF, so I cannot speak to what it's like there now.
