the software was great but management did nothing to help their remote employees. when i was on the team, it was during their shift to in office work. those of us who were still remote definitely got less attention and it was like we were being weeded out. I got let go without even being put on a PIP plan and was interviewing internally at the time to move over to a different role within the company. Management did not care about their employees and I doubt they ever will

only reason i stuck around was my direct colleagues. other reps. leadership and CEO Rameez does not care for his employees, he and leadership only care about the company itself. They constantly restructured our pay and made adjustments to the org to pay us less. leadership is dishonest.

Company doesn’t know what the hell it’s doing. Positively *hemorrhaging* top talent and struggling employees alike. Appointment setting system is first come first serve with the AE’s that are available and the fact that they keep hiring and firing people in the sales department never helps.
