No more leadership. Consistent turnover. The best employees are jumping ship and now going to work for the competition. Compensation has drastically gotten worse. Lead quality has taken a big drop. You’re forced to sell poor quality leads that end up falling apart during implementation. Company went from being a unicorn, to turning into a donkey.

Company doesn’t know what the hell it’s doing. Positively *hemorrhaging* top talent and struggling employees alike. Appointment setting system is first come first serve with the AE’s that are available and the fact that they keep hiring and firing people in the sales department never helps. Great managers, horrible Ops team. Bad leads were recycled and given to different BDRs just to be flagged again. Quota was unattainable especially during the holiday months.
