Experienced AEs are leaving due to burnout or termination, with many facing (PIPs). The work environment discourages taking time off, with associated risks. Quota attainment for both SDRs and AEs is alarmingly low, with only 20% of AEs and 25% of SDRs meeting their targets. The company operates under intense scrutiny, with tools provided more for micromanagement than sales support. Experienced sales professionals may find their expertise undervalued, as scripting and a rigid approach are enforced.

my overall experience was okay at best, lackluster training, poor management, lack of actual sales insight, & unfocused organizational goals led to what feels like an environment where your success is only attributed to your own efforts & skills. A lot of questions to ask, but not a lot of people with the right answer.
