Unfortunately, I joined through acquisition along with 4 other companies and the leadership directly above me did a poor job of combining all companies into one, creating clarity and supporting my division.

Current Employee3.9Sep 7, 2024My overall experience was great until it wasn't. Near the end of my tenure it seemed that the goalpost was constantly moving in regard to metrics. There are great people and it was a positive experience, but again it soured in the end.
