Automox is a great place for self-motivated AE's and GTM folks who excel at running their own book of business and territories. There is little to no training when you join outside of the PDF they send to help ramp during your first 3 months. Little to no input from management on career growth and learning new skills. Focus is on quota attainment and KPI's. Product Market fit is in the SMB / Mid-Market space although I departed because competition and other players innovated faster and delivered a more robust solution.

Avoid at all cost. Horrible leadership and it changes every 3 seconds. Product is too siloed and lack innovations.

Holy turnover. From reps to managers, never seen such turnover at a sales org. The kickers and accelerators are great, problem is not that many reps actually hit their number. Product is a commodity, nothing special about it that separates it from the competition. Lot of dysfunction in sales leadership.
