Very great company to work for, the people here are very welcoming and really want you to succeed from the get go. Although compensation for the BDR role is on the lower end there is plenty of training and a great culture with your managers and trainers and plenty of growth opportunities. If you do well you will be excited to know there are growth paths for more money and opportunities, definitely recommend Auvik as a company to work for.

Excellent teams. If money isn’t the only thing driving you and you want to feel a sense of fulfilment, Auvik does it quite well. Management supports the sales/CS teams well from what I can tell. Really feels like there is a strong effort to maintain culture and make work enjoyable.
