Current Employee3.4Apr 12, 2024This is a good team and definitely a great company to start as a BDR or if you are new to sales however if you have multiple years of sales and closing experience this position is not for you especially if you are used to making more money.

Although compensation for the BDR role is on the lower end there is plenty of training and a great culture with your managers and trainers and plenty of growth opportunities.
