The quotas are high and the attainment is low. Average attainment is probably in the 60-70% range. Base salaries are lower than the industry standard, and 90%+ of reps aren't making their OTE since nobody is hitting quota but a select few. Inbound lead flow is minimal, alot of business is self generated through prospecting. The prospecting tools are great though. Some territories are way better than others. There are definitely historically lower performing territories, but they have the same OTE as the historically great performing territories.

Lack of transparancy from managers. internal processes and systems are unstable. A lot of bureaucracy and politics. VP/Managers only care about making their own numbers.

My overall experience was average. Good sales team but upper management doesn’t really know what they’re doing in terms of marketing or GTM strategy. Lack of thorough training leaves AEs on their own in terms of sales enablement. Can be a good fit if you know the space and close about 100%, only about 40% of people are successful.
