As someone who worked there for over 5 years the company has changed a lot since leadership changes over the last few years. You’re simply looked as a number, nothing more. They do not pay well, no where close to the industry standard. It’s run very much like a boys club. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that has a family or interested in growing a family, bc they do not care about work/life balance and offering flexibility when needed.
