My overall experience was positive in terms of day-to-day but the culture has changed a lot over the years. The complex nature of the sales process and cycle kept me engaged and I was always learning something new about my clients and the solution I sold.

Company is growing at a good pace. Sales team is growing which means territories are shrinking but quotas are staying somewhat flat. No equity as part of your comp package. Sales cycles are sporadic. Some take 3 weeks and some take 2 years. Base salaries are lower than industry average.
