Company is growing at a good pace. Sales team is growing which means territories are shrinking but quotas are staying somewhat flat. No equity as part of your comp package. Sales cycles are sporadic. Some take 3 weeks and some take 2 years. Base salaries are lower than industry average.

The leadership was extremely overbearing, and it started with the higher ups all the way down to individual management they didn’t care about the individual and use fear to push you.
