The leadership was extremely overbearing, and it started with the higher ups all the way down to individual management they didn’t care about the individual and use fear to push you.

The culture is terrible especially if you are a woman. Definately a good old boys club who were vocal about a woman's place when it came to sales. Micromanagement and no processes. It all depended on if you were in good graces with VP and Manager on if you could get any deals done. Focus for sales was short sighted. Only worried about today instead of long term. It...Read More
