My overall experience has been good. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear as though opportunity is created equal. From and industry vertical and client base and strategic standpoint, some sales managers have a superior advantage. It isn't uncommon that these reps also maintain the majority of business.

Horrific management from all angles with clear favoritism on leads. No further development and only cared about your pipeline. I would not recommend Axiom to anyone looking for a role.
