Former Employee Toxic leadership, boiler room culture, and no career growth.
Axiom was one of the most stressful experiences of my career. Leadership—from C-suite to middle management—was disorganized, reactive, and resistant to feedback. Despite ongoing criticism, toxic behaviors persisted, including favoritism, unprofessional remarks, and a complete lack of management training.
The boiler room sales culture made success feel impossible. KPIs constantly changed, creating instability and anxiety. The company became increasingly restrictive, stripping away remote work flexibility (fully remote → 3 days in-office), winter vacation, team outings, and even breakfast options—all while expecting more from employees.
Favoritism was blatant—top performers got flexible hours, special treatment, and leniency, while others were micromanaged. Worse, Axiom is completely numbers-driven—if the product underperforms, your job is at risk. There's no meaningful training or career development, just outdated videos and quizzes.
If you're looking for a supportive environment, career growth, or strong leadership, this isn’t the place. Unless you thrive in high-pressure, numbers-first sales, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere. Axiom prioritizes metrics over people—and that’s why so many talented employees leave.
