I've enjoyed my time at Axiom. They're uniquely positioned with clients across all verticals and market segments. Brand recognition is strong. The tech stack available to sellers is solid. Management is very knowledgeable and the training's fantastic. If you don't have a background in the legal space, the ramping process can be lengthy and challenging.

KPIs unattainable. No strategy on initiatives which change monthly. ELT changes marching order on a monthly basis. The company is in a brand identity crisis.
