Disappointing! Completed the grueling Enterprise interview process but was for some reason aligned to the SMB segment where leadership’s expectations were extremely backwards.

Horrific management from all angles with clear favoritism on leads. No further development and only cared about your pipeline. I would not recommend Axiom to anyone looking for a role.
