Recently they changed the compensation plan to make it more difficult for sales to achieve quotas as well as put a curve into the payout structure. These changes could be being initiated by the PE firm ownership or the leadership. Culture has changed recently as well.

There's a clear lack of growth opportunities and meaningful training—most sessions are led by people with no real sales experience.
