1 person hit quota last year. They were on ramp quota and covered the entire country before territories were introduced and new members joined. Everyone else missed. Tough time for the industry. The product needs a lot of work too. Management has no industry experience.

My overall experience was positive. They have a lot of management turnover however and the product has a lot of issues. They also pay way below market value for their sales roles.

My overall experience was fine. I enjoyed the work life balance and the people. The pay was very subpar but was a good starting spot for my career in sales to learn the basics.
