Former Employee You can make great money here but the expectations are through the roof. As a hybrid of a TM and an account manager, the expectations are to not only keep all your accounts happy and taken care of, but to also find new leads/upsells all while taking 1-2 flights/week, driving 4+ hours each way on non-flight days, working evening events for accounts, working conferences on weekends, and working bus tours on weekends. On top of that, you are expected to and “sold” as a marketing specialist to each account and walk in with expectations that you are going to run marketing for the devices for each office. Working with multiple vendors for each office with a new device for billboards, tv segments, marketing agencies, etc. Texts, calls, and emails from directors, colleagues AND accounts are expected to be answered at all times of the week. You will do the work of an events team for them as well as shipping/delivery coordination. Clinical trainers are not expected in person, so you will do all the actual in person training. There is no time to make your own sales though it’s expected. This will take over your entire life and sanity. Browse Other Reviews
