Possibly the worst group of VP’s and management in the Industry, and the owners in Prague, just turn the other way. Why? When you have garbage (bad people)at the top, it just runs downhill. Aside from the Emsella device, every other device is BS, no matter what there thousands of clinical studies state. I made great money but it’s not worth what they ask you to do, and what they do to you if you don’t do what they ask. Understand, the industry as a whole is pretty much all like this, but BTL is at the top of the pile. More info coming in the next 30 days. Any BTL employee denying what I am saying, please comment, proof will be posted of every unethical thing this company does, long overdue.

Over all very negative. Rules constantly change to favor current politics. The most toxic leadership I’ve ever witnessed from RSM, RVP being enabled by the VP. Lots of internal “wars” being fought between leaders in the west and central markets. Absolutely 0 sales and development training. 3 days of clinical training for 8 devices.
