Over all very negative. Rules constantly change to favor current politics. The most toxic leadership I’ve ever witnessed from RSM, RVP being enabled by the VP. Lots of internal “wars” being fought between leaders in the west and central markets. Absolutely 0 sales and development training. 3 days of clinical training for 8 devices.

They expanded the salesforce buy 200% thinking it was going to lead to more volume in sales , unfortunately that means everyone makes less and the comp structure changes. Understandable due to the marketing dollars spent for DTC . Great place to start out in your career and end it. Tough to grow your career here
