Current Employee2.9Dec 7, 2023They expanded the salesforce buy 200% thinking it was going to lead to more volume in sales , unfortunately that means everyone makes less and the comp structure changes. Understandable due to the marketing dollars spent for DTC . Great place to start out in your career and end it. Tough to grow your career here
