good role but scope for progression was very limited - Team Lead but still cold calling small biz owners to sell a biz credit card.

My overall experience is largely positive but the value you generated for the business is not reflected in you compensation. Although deal size is small volumes are high so again on target is achievable you also judged on cross sold outcomes not in your control
