Current Employee1.6May 29, 2024Reps fight over the same accounts and steal business from each other. Management does little to development and support reps. Training is almost non-existent. Product has become a commodity that is being under-cut in price my smaller emerging competitors. Most reps have to cheat and lie to hit quota and customers have little respect for us as a result.
