I’m at Barracuda MSP and love it. The product fit, industry, and company culture make it worth a lower base, but not having a true path to promotion is very disencouraging.

Good company for entry level experience, can be stressful at times but most of the time not bad. Pay is not great.

My overall experience was average at best. Senior management is clueless here and they only hire internally for these roles. Usually someone whose been with the company for years does not matter qualifications or best fit for the role.
