Company has a great product market for but the compensation is low relative to others in the industry. Management needs to fix the comp plans to incentivize people to perform at a higher level.

Here you are order taking. Everyone knows barracuda, we have great products, marketing is great, doesn’t take a lot of skill to sell. Pay is below market average but we are hourly so you can make overtime. Managers are reactive when it comes to promotions - Promotions come when someone mentions leaving. Different cultures depending on the office.

Good place to start, bad place to retire. You can learn a lot up front about cybersecurity but the pay doesn't meet market standards.
