Former Employee Overall, my experience at BV has been a good one. I've had the opportunity to grow and develop my sales career by having access to effective training and enablement courses while working alongside season sales leaders and peers. That has since changed as there has been a near complete overhaul of the company with a particularly impact being within the Revenue org. My outlook is now very uncertain for both the company and its leadership. Comp has been greatly nerfed to the point that attrition is at an all-time high as sellers are simply not making good money. Adding these factors along with PE ownership and you get a continuous squeeze that really sucks out the life of a once great company to work for.
