The company is actively pursuing growth strategies which is evident with their many acquisitions. There have been recent changes in senior leadership. Between leadership changes and the growth goals, the culture is slipping away a bit and feeling more corporate. Interdepartmental communication could be improved. It would be beneficial to explore additional or improved communication channels between departments to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing. The product portfolio is solid, but primarily caters to larger enterprises. I have a lot of teammates and co-workers I enjoy.

Poor experience - Product has been in place for 20+ years with little innovation and risk abounds across all segments. Difficult to prove value beyond assuming solution offers "table stakes" for a business with little ability to communicate direct value impact.
