Do not be fooled. 1 rep hit quota last year for their ARR bookings. Leadership in grossly incompetent, CRO is clearly just waiting for the company to get acquired. CEO just got pushed out. Comp plan is made to pay as little commissions as possible across the board. Whitespace for accounts is very limited. Not innovating, new "vibe" solution isn't resonating with customers, no real roadmap. This is not where you want to be.

Leadership is trash at this company. They have hired and fired 12 reps into the same roles and the reps keeps failing in those patches.

Leadership is incompetent, lacks accountability, and misses the mark when it comes to professionalism. All top performers have exited. Avoid unless you want to work in an SMB call center
