Current Employee Overall the company is a great company to work for a lot of your experience will depend on what market you’re in. Branch managers and area sales managers can make your job a lot easier or a lot harder. They are very lenient on expenses and will let you take care of your customers without a blink of an eye. The ceiling is very high for pay, but you have to put in the time to build your book of business. This can sometimes mean 3 to 5 years before you see really good money in the 250-500 range. Because of the pay structure, the early stages of the job are hard, especially if you don’t take on a book of business. If you take a book business, the industry is all about long-term relationships and chances are they will go back to their old rep for whichever company they left for.
