Positive. The company is well respected in the space and provides premier products. Base compensation is a concern, but historical amount of reps that hit plan make it a lucrative job. Very competitive market and complex sales cycle.

Nepotism runs wild. Promotions not based on merit, but those who play the game the best. Very limited roles for upward mobility, and leadership is terrible; just look at near 100% turnover in certain sales orgs. Would not recommend for any level sales hires. Products are not innovative - much better roles out there for folks wanting a long term career at a high...Read More
