Current Employee Great people and technology, slow innovation. Org. structure is extremely top heavy - many without industry experience or any knowledge of our customers. Musical chairs at the top resulting in different strategy every 1-2 years in a business with extremely long sales cycle. Very little upward mobility if you are lower than Director level. Larger territories, higher quotas, aggressive growth targets - less customer facing support, increased travel restrictions and comp. plan continues to nose dive YoY. Browse Other Reviews
