Good company to start a sales career. Great training program. Compensation was a bit low on the base side but targets were achievable.

I really enjoy working as an Account Executive at Bench. Base pay is low and so is the OTE but the accelerators make up for it and quota attainment amongst the team is very high (majority to all of the team surpass quota).
