I really enjoy working as an Account Executive at Bench. Base pay is low and so is the OTE but the accelerators make up for it and quota attainment amongst the team is very high (majority to all of the team surpass quota). Being a company that focuses only on SMBs, you will face the usual challenges with SMBs like higher no-show rates for booked meetings and high volume-short sales cycle (easier burnout). Overall very good company to work at with excellent sales training an culture

Good company to start a sales career. Great training program. Compensation was a bit low on the base side but targets were achievable.

Bench used to be this scrappy start up that genuinely cared for its employees and customers. The problem was that it had always been unprofitable - for 12 years.
