This place is a disaster that got worse and worse during my time there. Middle managers and leadership alike are insufferable and contribute nothing meaningful to the business. The culture is very negative and overall it's an unhealthy and unrewarding place to work.

Leadership seems a bit directionless and confused with non-stop turnover. Market is really bad so very few people are making commission this year across all teams
