Absolute dogshit dumpster fire. Leadership is a clown show, and the recent hire Senior BD Manager is classic middle management survivalist. Benevity sells only to ENT and the expectation is 150 dials a day to make up for the lack of GTM strategy and enablement. My BDR peers were exceptional, but the company deserves to rot. Corporate social responsibility is the ethos though that is just a fake skin wrapped around a rotten core of a company. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

Dumpster fire… once a great place and amazing mission. Sadly falling apart due to poor leadership and gross mismanagement of funds, acquisitions, and hiring decisions.

new sales leadership completely overhauled the comp plan, and the revops hire doesn't seem to grasp the business. can’t even answer basic questions about the new structure. What used to be a great place to work is starting to unravel.
