Dumpster fire… once a great place and amazing mission. Sadly falling apart due to poor leadership and gross mismanagement of funds, acquisitions, and hiring decisions.

Absolute dogshit dumpster fire. Leadership is a clown show, and the recent hire Senior BD Manager is classic middle management survivalist. Benevity sells only to ENT and the expectation is 150 dials a day to make up for the lack of GTM strategy and enablement. My BDR peers were exceptional, but the company deserves to rot. Decent product. Nice people. Unqualified executive team with far too many C-Suite roles. Incredibly slow decision making process. No sense of rewarding based on merit.
