Horrible, demotivating, inhumane and most importantly impossible. Product is niche and not even remotely compatible with competition anymore. C-Level is the most unprofessional, unqualified and clueless executive leadership I have ever seen. They blame everyone but themselves for their failure. Sales Leadership is the worst I have ever worked with. Pressuring you and everyone around you. Belittling you for your achievements. Badmouthing everyone and everything. Sinking ship waiting for the fire sale. Stay away from it. It’s toxic, it’s degrading and it will lead to nothing but failure! Sales is impossible 🙅 Commission and money you run after.

Sales at Bitrise is extremely tough. Absolutely 0 inbound leads, new business opps are once in a blue moon and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. Totally dysfunctional GTM engine.
