Leadership doesn't trust or respect any individual contributors on the sales team. Sales is run by a massive micromanager who writes extensive sales scripts for all sellers (lack of trust means they want to control everything you say). There are weekly sales team meetings every Monday morning at 8am and Friday afternoon at 4pm because they don't trust their sellers to start and end their weeks at reasonable times. The meetings are a waste of time they're just to check attendance. The person running the team is fine as a transactional sales leader but he has no experience closing strategic business and his personality doesn't align with Enterprise sales. Neither does the product. If you're looking to sell transactional business in the SMB/Mid-Market space and you're comfortable with a less than palatable sales leader breathing down your neck 24/7, then it's worth a look.
