AE’s at INDG make an ok base and basically you don’t have to do any work. 9-5 and nobody (even managers) don’t work hard throughout the day. Overall good experience, knowing that every job has its flaws. There’s a clear line from Sales Associate, to Mid Market, to Enterprise, and you have options to go Account Management or New Logo in both. However, there’s not much support from management when it comes to performance improvement. Sink or swim mentality.
