AE’s at INDG make an ok base and basically you don’t have to do any work. 9-5 and nobody (even managers) don’t work hard throughout the day. They will sell the role like you’re gonna make a bunch of money and have this awesome culture but the culture is only good if you make a bunch of friends right off the bat and if you do the math the OTE is not actually 100K and is actually closer to 85 assuming you hit 100% of your targets which only 1 mid market rep has done out of 57 reps in the past two years.

INDG is a good company to start your sales career at as they pay well and they do invest in professional development/training. However, internal policies/procedures are very complicated and there is a lot of turnover so the seasoned employees end up doing everything.
