Overall, my experience at Bloomerang has been good. Going through some management changes at the moment so as a team we are not entirely sure how to feel. As a BDR compensation is a bit low in comparison to the market value for an outbound BDR but working in the nonprofit space that comes with the territory.

Solid experience with room to grow. A lot of leadership turnover and expansion struggles as an AE. Developing a stronger product training plan but minimal at best. Solid company to work for just experiencing growing pains.
