However, overhired within sales team and strictly limited number of deals you could manage limiting your earning potential. Due to nature of technology sales cycles are extremely long and painful which also loses you deals in the process. The senior leadership can be very frustrating, take little responsibility themselves and not well informed about the challenges on the ground that need dealing with.
