3 CROs in 18 months. Company built on middle management and not technology and services. When the first CRO they started with 8% commission but have then dropped us down to 3%. Trying to grow through hiring sales people. They’ve grown it from 8 sales people to over 30 so the territories are micro small. The Microsoft offering is very strong but product has lost its direction. The sales plan is 5m annually. Quota attainment is less than 5%

My overall experience was very poor. Sales leadership is a mess. Product and people are good. Comp and targets are below average and unattainable. Overhired sales reps. Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews to know this is a company worth avoiding.
