My experience was marked with success each year due to an incredible group of leaders, sales talent and product fit. After private equity began making leadership changes at the top, the company has diluted it's talent immensely which has caused a drop off in ability to execute and decreased morale.

Just looking to get acquired and removing any talent that makes a decent salary to back fill with younger reps with lower salary demands. Complete downfall once Dell sold us off to VC. Now it’s all Mulesoft leadership adding no culture/value
