Current Employee Culture has taken a massive hit over the past 18 months- The sales organization is seemingly the hardest hit by this with regular layoffs, restructuring and consistent change. It is very hard to sell into net-new, enterprise-level accounts and they seem to be assigned at random. If you land a good account, you can be successful for a while
